How many sessions do I need?

Sessions are designed to cater to each client’s unique needs. Therefore, the amount of sessions needed may be different for each individual. I have had clients who commit to therapy for their entire life and others until they have overcome whatever brought them to therapy in the first place. It is all up to the client’s commitment.

What are your fees?

Rates are based off of the amount of time in sessions:

  • Ranging from 165$ + HST to 195$ per 50 minute session

  • 235$ + HST / 75 minute session

More times are available when booking. A receipt is provided upon payment to provide to Insurance companies with my license number on each invoice via email. We can also discuss other payment options if needed in case sliding scale is required.

VISA, Mastercard Credit and Debit Cards are currently accepted as methods of payment that are processed by Jane, the clinic’s online management software.

How often should I go to therapy?

The recommended engagement is based on one session a week. For those needing additional sessions during a 7 day period, we can accommodate to a more tailored plan. Frequency can be discussed with me directly as our sessions continue to adjust to the individual’s particular needs and situation.

How will I know you will be focused on me individually while you are seeing so many other clients?

I highly value each individual person and their experience, and to not only associate them with a particular diagnosis , disease or problem. I want to provide every one with the same attention, empathy, and thought, and I place equivalent value on each and every interaction. With each client, I try my best to care for them to the best of my ability through tailored treatment.

What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so through the Jane app booking link. Please provide 24 hours notice if you intend to cancel your appointment given that your time slot is unique to you. if a minimum 24-hour notice isn’t given for a cancelled appointment, the full fee for your appointment will be charged.
